Mann Studios, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CrapsPro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our App. By downloading or using CrapsPro, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
CrapsPro does not require account creation and does not collect personal information. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers. We do not collect payment information, location data, or access your camera, microphone, or contacts. The only data associated with your use of the App is game data stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to us.
We do not use analytics tools, tracking SDKs, or third-party advertising networks in CrapsPro. We do not automatically collect any usage data, crash reports, or behavioral information.
Since we do not collect personal information, we have no personal data to use, share, or sell. All game data stays on your device.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties because we do not collect any user data.
CrapsPro does not integrate any third-party services, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media SDKs. The App functions entirely on your device without communicating with external servers.
CrapsPro is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information as part of the download and installation process in accordance with Apple's own Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy.
CrapsPro is rated 18+ due to simulated gambling content and is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used this App, please contact us at support@crapspro.com.
CrapsPro is a simulated casino craps game for entertainment purposes only. No real money is involved at any time. This App does not constitute gambling and is not affiliated with any casino or gambling establishment. Casino rules, payouts, table minimums, and bet types vary by establishment. Mann Studios, LLC expressly disclaims any liability for real money losses at any casino resulting from gameplay in this App.
Since CrapsPro does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk. All game data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's built-in security features.
Game data is stored locally on your device for as long as you have the App installed. Deleting the App will remove all locally stored game data. We retain no data on our end.
